<p>One thing to keep in mind is that nature is simple and logical, and that is as true of losing weight as it is of most other things natural. What that means is that if you use up more energy than take into your body then by definition, you must lose weight.</p>
<p>Why is that? It is quite simple and if you want to know how to lose weight fast then it is an easy equation to learn. Whether you want to burn stomach fat, lose belly fat or slim down your arms, consider this:</p>
<p>The food you eat contains energy - you are likely more familiar with the term 'calories', which is one way of measuring the energy content of your food. There are plenty calorie charts to be found online these days, so you should be able to work out the energy content of any food that you eat.</p>
<p>There are also charts available that offer the approximate energy expenditure of common methods of exercise: walking, jogging, housework and so on, and you can probably see where this is going now. By calculating the number of calories in the food you eat and comparing that with the calories consumption of the exercise you take you can work out whether you are likely to be losing weight or gaining it.</p>
<p>In fact, you should be able to work out much exercise you have to do to lose weight fast and burn stomach fat enough to make you look slimmer. It is a simple equation based on energy in Vs. energy out. If you consume more energy than you use up you will put on weight and if you use more than you eat then you will lose weight.</p>
<p>If you want to know how to lose weigh fast, balance the equation well on one side so that you use up many more calories than you are eating each day. You can also use the equation to target weight loss in specific areas of your body by focusing your exercise on these areas.</p>
<p>For example, if you want to burn stomach fat, first make sure you are using up more energy than you are eating, then focus your exercise on your stomach. By doing that you will preferentially convert your stomach fat into glucose and reduce the amount of fat in that region of your body.</p>
<p>When you exercise more than you eat what happens is that your body looks for a source of glucose. Energy is produced by a process known as cellular respiration involving oxygen and glucose. The glucose is normally available in your blood, since the carbohydrates you eat are converted into glucose by your biochemistry and then used as fuel to generate energy in the mitochondria of your body cells. These are small areas within each cell in your body that are used to generate energy, just like a little battery.</p>
<p>If your blood runs out of sugar your biochemistry will look around for carbohydrates to convert into glucose, and the most convenient source your body fat. Your body will use up your fat, convert it to glucose and use that as fuel to generate energy. That is how to lose weight fast.</p>
<p>If you have no fat left your body then uses up your muscle protein: part of that can also be converted to glucose, which is why people look wasted when they have not eaten for a long time. The energy they need for their metabolism (their heartbeat, breathing, digestion, etc) comes from their muscle tissue, and once that has gone they will have no fuel left and will die.</p>
<p>However, you can use that to your advantage, and eat just a little less than you require for your daily needs, and you will lose body fat. Once you have reached your desired weight you can either cut back on your exercise or start to eat more in order to fine tune the balance between energy in and energy out.</p>
<p>That's how to calculate how to lose weight fast and burn stomach fat by balance diet with exercise and focusing that exercise on your stomach. It is a simple equation and it works.</p>

<p>In my years of experience as a fitness personal trainer, one of the most common questions being posed to me by my clients is how to lose weight without having to go on a diet or an exercise program. There are many reasons why people ask this question and some of the reasons are that they have no discipline to diet, love to eat, lazy to exercise or have no time to exercise, just to name a few.</p>
<p>Although I always recommend that people who want to lose weight should exercise, so that they can be healthier, burn more calories to help the weight loss process and to look better because exercising can have many health and aesthetic benefits. However, there will be people who will not take this advice and so, here are some tips on how to lose weight without starvation diet and exercising.</p>
<p>First of all, we all know that in order to lose weight, you have to consume fewer calories than what your body burns for energy thereby creating a caloric deficit. Of course most people who are successful at losing weight will go on a caloric deficit diet and exercise to burn off more calories. Since you do not want to go on a diet and/or undergo an exercise program, you can try these methods to lose weight.</p>
<p>The first method is what I called "Put your utensils down". You see, during a meal, your stomach takes about twenty minutes to communicate to your brain that you are full and to stop eating. So the idea is to eat slowly and one way to do that is to put your eating utensils down after every bite. Then munch the food in your mouth slowly as you watch the world goes by, take a sip of water or chat with a friend to while away the time before taking another bite and then put down your utensils again for every subsequent bites.</p>
<p>By doing this, you may find that you are already satiated before you've finished all the food on the plate. This will mean that you are consuming less food without starving like in a conventional diet.</p>
<p>The next tip is called "Eat half portion". Separate a meal into half portions on two plates. Then slowly eat from the first plate. By the time you have finished the food on the plate, just ask yourself are you satiated? Do you need to eat from the second plate? Most of the time, you will find that you can be full enough not to eat from the second plate or just some portion of it will be enough.</p>
<p>The third tip is to drink lots of water and eat high fiber foods such as fruits and vegetables. The fiber will swell with the water you are drinking and make you feel full faster. Furthermore, your body does not absorb fibers easily and therefore your caloric intake is greatly reduced. It is also known that sugar from fruits especially fructose has little effect of raising your blood sugar level and thus is not easily converted to fat.</p>
<p>Furthermore, fibers are good for your digestive system and fruits and vegetables can also provide your body with many good vitamins and minerals. In this way, you can actually lose weight without starving or having to exercise although I still strongly advocate that exercise is good for you and you should do just that.</p>
